Wildflower Meadery
Wildflower Meadery is putting a sting on boozy beverages made from raw WNY honey. Our goal is to make mead more approachable for those naive to the nectar of the gods. We mostly offer meads that are on the drier side, but can customize sweetness to your liking at our tasting room. Our crushable session meads clock in between 5-7% abv, where our wine strengths are between 11-13% abv. In addition to mead, our tasting room offers a variety of N/A options including N/A Mead and mocktails along with cheese and charcuterie boards. Our atmosphere blends the industrial and natural world and is peppered with local art, creating a welcoming vibe for all.

Battle Street Brewery
In 1870, the Dansville and Mount Morris Railroad began operation, a 15-mile
standard-gauge short-line that ran independently until it was sold in 1985.
Since then, the Dansville Mt. Morris depot has remained unused, a priceless
historical building, and a repository of local history and tradition. Long in
need of restoration, the depot has re-emerged as the Battle Street Brewery. It
is a place that renews the glories of the past and kindles new friendships.
The goal of creating Battle Street Brewery was to return the depot to a
Dansville landmark. Heavy construction started in 2016, when the original
structure was stabilized to prevent it from collapsing. The building was
constructed utilizing local labor as well as regional and local materials
and supplies as much as possible.
Artifacts from the original structure were re-purposed throughout the
process, such as: creating tables out of the original depot doors, using old
steel rails for the bar area footrest, utilizing salvaged semi-truck trailer
flooring for wall paneling, and creating the bar out of donated Dansville
vintage suitcases. The Hart family's photo albums line the walls while
providing a pictorial history to visitors. Ed Acomb’s (father of BSB owners
Doug, David and Tom) old 1947 Chevy truck is the featured marquee that
welcomes you for a pint.

Beer Justice Brewing Co., owned and operated by Tammy and Paul Romesser, is located in our hometownofArcade,south-east of Buffalo. Looking for a mid-life adventure, we decided to combine our individual talents and our passion for good quality craft beer to start our own. We designed the space so everyone would feel comfortable. The front bar room has the old style taproom feel with lots of hightops and TVs for that loud, laughter environment. There is seating on the front patio that is shaded and screened with hops for a more casual, quiet space. The middle (military room) is an area where parties can push together seating and enjoy sharing a brew together. The brewhouse has a quiet seating area with a game shelf for kids (or big kids), and chalk boards to leave messages. We also have an outdoor area for yard games and furry friends. People always ask us about our name. During the early stages of planning, Paul wasserving as the townjustice. Playing off that idea, he came up with beer justice brewing, doing beer justice. A patron recently left a message on the chalkboard that said “you do this town justice.”

The Buffalo Brewpub is New York State’s Oldest Brewpub. It had been since 1970, when Iroquois and Simon Pure Brewing Co.’s had shut down, that beer was commercially produced in Western New York. That all changed when we opened on Halloween in 1986. Since then, we have been producing a variety of styles in our 10 barrel extract system. A lot has changed since 1986. We have certainly upped our game! We’ve increased our draft offerings from 12 to 34 of the finest imports and nationally recognized beers. We also aren’t the only game in town anymore. Four Mile Brewing
A former brewery turned lumber storage facility, and later a kitchen and bath center, Four Mile Brewing is back to its original purpose. It’s a 15-barrel brew house boasting giant, stainless steel fermenters, storage tanks and miles of hoses. Four beers are always on tap…and of course, patrons swigging suds. For nearly 15 years, more than a century ago, Four Mile Brewing’s location was home to Olean Brewing Co. The former brewery, which closed like many others during Prohibition, was considered one of the most advanced beer brewing operations of its time. The facility was outfitted with machinery powered by electricity and gas – a very uncommon thing in the early 1900’s. The brewery also featured a bottling plant and could produce 80 tons of ice daily. Renovations to the brewery began in 2014 to bring it to what it is today. In addition to beer, the menu features appetizers, sandwiches, salads, tacos, and a kids menu. Brunch is served on Saturdays and Sundays from 10-1.

Our facility is a getaway, incorporating a large greenhouse-inspired taproom, production brewery and private banquet hall. Our facility also contains a beautiful outdoor area with plenty of seating, a full-size bocce court, fire pits and more. With a focus on service and hospitality, we offer guests a menu of inspired, seasonal dishes, incorporating locally produced goods. We brew a wide range of beers at our on-site 20-barrel brewery, with an emphasis on traditionally produced European lagers, hoppy American ales and renditions of other classic styles. Nearly all of our beers are offered both on draft, and in cans to-go. In addition to beer, we offer a full bar with creative, seasonal cocktails, wine and non-alcoholic beverages.

We opened this family-run business with a passion and love for beer. Starting out with a beer kit as a gift, turned into buying a kettle and going to a full grain brewing hobby. The dream was to give people a home brewing experience and recently that dream has become a reality! NYS now allows patrons to come in, use our equipment, supplies, and recipes to brew their own beer for a home-brewed experience. Take the trip to Sheldon/Strykersville or Batavia and see our great taprooms with delicious beers or make an appointment to come brew your own! Our taproom has beers on tap; from light ale, seasonal brews, to many styles of IPA's. There will be something for everyone's taste! We offer flights, pints, growlers and 16oz cans to-go. If you are looking for a 1/2 or 1/6 keg, we offer them for sale with request and deposit.

One crazy idea. Two brothers and their awesome wives. One old, kick-ass cold storage building in an historic town. And a lot of good beer! That pretty much sums up who we are. Our historic town of Wilson, NY lies on the shores of Lake Ontario. We're surrounded by apple, cherry, and grape orchards and smack dab in the middle of the Niagara Wine Trail. In the summer, our quiet town turns into the home of lake side vacationers, yachtsmen, and boaters of every kind. Our newest location resides in the historical WNY landmark of the Wurlitzer Building. This immense antique building lies on Niagara Falls Boulevard between the towns of North Tonawanda and Wheatfield and houses several locally owned small businesses.
