Beer Justice Brewing Co., owned and operated by Tammy and Paul Romesser, is located in our hometownofArcade,south-east of Buffalo. For manyyears,ourfavorite pastime has been seeking out different breweries in whatever city we happened to be visiting. Looking for a mid-life adventure, we decided to combine our individual talents and our passion for good quality craft beer to start our own. We designed the space so everyone would feel comfortable. The front bar room has the old style taproom feel with lots of hightops and TVs for that loud, laughter environment. There is seating on the front patio that is shaded and screened with hops for a more casual, quiet space. The middle (military room) is an area where parties can push together seating and enjoy sharing a brew together. The brewhouse has a quiet seating area with a game shelf for kids (or big kids), and chalk boards to leave messages. We also have an outdoor area for yard games and furry friends. People always ask us about our name. During the early stages of planning, Paul wasserving as the townjustice. Playing off that idea, he came up with beer justice brewing, doing beer justice. Wildflower Meadery is putting a sting on boozy beverages made from raw WNY honey. Our goal is to make mead more approachable for those naive to the nectar of the gods. We mostly offer meads that are on the drier side, but can customize sweetness to your liking at our tasting room. Our crushable session meads clock in between 5-7% abv, where our wine strengths are between 11-13% abv. In addition to mead, our tasting room offers a variety of N/A options including N/A Mead and mocktails along with cheese and charcuterie boards. Our atmosphere blends the industrial and natural world and is peppered with local art, creating a welcoming vibe for all.
