Established in 2015 and located in Williamsville, NY, 12 Gates Brewing Company is an independent, craft-production brewery that produces high quality, handcrafted beers in a 30 barrel brew house. The brewery also features a taproom with 18 rotating taps, light fare, outdoor seating, and live music. Wine and hard cider are available as well. 12 Gates' flagship beer is the well-known West Coast Style IPA, a dry citrus indulgence which leaves a clean palate. From traditional Pilsners to Double Stouts, the Brewing Company provides a range of styles that appeal to a wide range of consumers. The brewers tap into their Alchemic roots by experimenting with infusing new ingredients and flavors into the brewing process. Beer Justice Brewing Co., owned and operated by Tammy and Paul Romesser, is located in our hometownofArcade,south-east of Buffalo. For manyyears,ourfavorite pastime has been seeking out different breweries in whatever city we happened to be visiting. Looking for a mid-life adventure, we decided to combine our individual talents and our passion for good quality craft beer to start our own. We designed the space so everyone would feel comfortable. The front bar room has the old style taproom feel with lots of hightops and TVs for that loud, laughter environment. There is seating on the front patio that is shaded and screened with hops for a more casual, quiet space. The middle (military room) is an area where parties can push together seating and enjoy sharing a brew together. The brewhouse has a quiet seating area with a game shelf for kids (or big kids), and chalk boards to leave messages. We also have an outdoor area for yard games and furry friends. People always ask us about our name. During the early stages of planning, Paul wasserving as the townjustice. Playing off that idea, he came up with beer justice brewing, doing beer justice. A patron recently left a message on the chalkboard that said “you do this town justice.”

The Buffalo Brewpub is New York State’s Oldest Brewpub. It had been since 1970, when Iroquois and Simon Pure Brewing Co.’s had shut down, that beer was commercially produced in Western New York. That all changed when we opened on Halloween in 1986. Since then, we have been producing a variety of styles in our 10 barrel extract system. A lot has changed since 1986. We have certainly upped our game! We’ve increased our draft offerings from 12 to 34 of the finest imports and nationally recognized beers. We also aren’t the only game in town anymore. A former brewery turned lumber storage facility, and later a kitchen and bath center, Four Mile Brewing is back to its original purpose. The former brewery, which closed like many others during Prohibition, was considered one of the most advanced beer brewing operations of its time. The facility was outfitted with machinery powered by electricity and gas – a very uncommon thing in the early 1900’s. The brewery also featured a bottling plant and could produce 80 tons of ice daily. Renovations to the brewery began in 2014 to bring it to what it is today. In addition to beer, the menu features appetizers, sandwiches, salads, tacos, and a kids menu. Brunch is served on Saturdays and Sundays from 10-1.

Strange Design Public House is a brewery and restaurant located in the former poorhouse of Livingston County. It’s a beautifully refurbished building with plenty of character and outdoor space. Wayland Brewing Company is a brewery and restaurant located in the heart of Orchard Park, NY - about 20 minutes from downtown Buffalo. Our facility is a getaway, incorporating a large greenhouse-inspired taproom, production brewery and private banquet hall.
